Join us February 17-26 on Portland’s Eastern Prom for the second annual Carnaval ME Winter Festival!
Carnaval ME is a winter festival that runs from February 18th to the 26th, with a Fire & Ice Gala taking place February 17th. There will be LIVE music, Sunday River Rail Jam, ice sculptures, bonfires, warm food and drink, and more! There is a full schedule on the home page.
