I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I stayed in a beachfront room. Loved it so much I stayed an additional 2 nights. Hearing the ocean waves as I wake in the morning was the highlight of my day. You’re directly on the beach so you can walk straight to your desired spot and setup for the day. There’s a cafe in the front of the hotel that you can order from. Their pool was an adequate size and is indoor. I believe there’s an area to do laundry too if needed. There’s restaurants about two blocks up the road. On this same street there’s also souvenir shops and a liquor store 😜. There’s also an area nearby along the same road with fair rides and games that would be great for children or adults looking for a little carnival type of adventure. Will most definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were in town to visit family. This is a half mile from main street but for us is perfect. Much quieter for the evenings. ALL Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast at 7am right there at reasonable prices was perfect as well.
Just need to update the mattress.

We recently stayed and were given an upgrade to an ocean side room and it was the very best weekend we have enjoyed in years, we left completely relaxed and refreshed.

Very sweet spot and the staff are super helpful. Some of the rooms are pretty small and it can feel a little closed-in since the bed is right next to the sliding glass door, so you kind of have to keep the curtains closed as you'd be laying right there when people walk by. But how much time do you spend in a room when you're at the beach, right?

Everything you need for an Ocean/Beach front getaway!

This room is right on the beach with fantastic views! Very comfortable beds with quality bedding. There is a dining table, refrigerator, microwave, and a good sized television. Everything is spotlessly clean and fresh smelling. Would have been 5 stars for the room if there was some storage space for clothes, and night tables by the beds.
All of the staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs, daily! There was a minor issue when we arrived. I called the front desk, and someone was here to take care of it within 20 minutes! Great customer service! There is also a breakfast restaurant on site.
We have loved our stay here, and will surely be back. The best part, our beloved Boxer was welcome here!

Great staff, right on ocean with ocean view, rm #53. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced at diner behind lobby.
Only negatives were no MW in room and pool wasn't very warm.

Counting Down Until Our Next Stay at Alouette My wife and I have been staying at Alouette for the past six years, and each visit feels more like coming home. The suites are perfect for us — comfortable bedroom, convenient kitchenette, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the beach. One of our favorite parts of every trip is stepping right onto the sand each morning for a peaceful walk along the ocean.

The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all of our favorite restaurants in Old Orchard Beach and the surrounding towns. The staff is consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, making every stay even more enjoyable.

Leaving is always difficult, but we never go without booking our next visit. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Perfectly located in the heart of old Orchard Beach, the lady at check-in was classy and friendly, and just didn’t point to where the room is, but actually took me outside and across the parking lot and took me to it. Nice comfortable room with a Semi kitchenette. Quiet. Clean. The hotel has a diner coffee shop attached to it. That’s open from 7 AM to 10 AM. It was complementary breakfast Monday through Friday for hotel guest. I’m not sure if that is during peak season but it was starting off-season and it’s so convenient. Friendly efficient waitresses there. The food is good, even paying off the menu is not that expensive. Plus a lot of locals go there so you get to chat it up with them. Plus only a mile walking to the things that are off the carnival like atmosphere, walk up the hill a mile or so and there’s a library and a dominoes and a Dollar General and a Walgreens and a shop and save and David’s sub shop which is just awesome. That’s also, where the locals eat.

But most importantly, you are 50 yards from the ocean!

Wing Song Beachfront Resort is the best in Old Orchard Beach! The Wind Song Resort is owned and operated by Alouette Beach Resort, so it’s no surprise that the staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful.

The best units are #3 (king bed) and #4 (same layout with a queen) on the ground level, along with units #9 and #10 on the second floor. These are the true beachfront units—the ones with the unbeatable, panoramic views. We stayed in Unit 3 and enjoyed an unobstructed, million‑dollar view of the beach. Whether sitting at the dining table or relaxing in bed, the scenery was always spectacular and constantly changing. Beach access is only about 10 feet from the door, making it effortless to bring out our lawn chairs and sun tent for the day.

Housekeeping comes by every morning and is thorough, attentive, and reliable. The room itself is small but well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. The compact kitchen includes a hot plate, microwave, and all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare simple meals. The bathroom is small but perfectly adequate for the two of us.

We’ve stayed in other Alouette Beach Resort units before, but after this wonderful four‑night stay in Unit 3, we’re completely sold on returning to Wind Song again and again for the perfect beach vacation.
