This is my home away from home and I look forward to staying there every year. I’m steps from the beach and can walk downtown in the evening. The rooms are nice, some better than others, but the overall atmosphere is just what I want- beachy!

One of my dreams came true when my sister and I stayed here in October - we had a room with a balcony almost right on the Atlantic Ocean. We could see and hear the pounding surf from our room! I had the most amazing rest that night.

What a fantastic place to stay. Right on the beach! I mean, the beach was literally right outside my door. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great pillows! Don't underestimate the value of good pillows. Breakfast was also really really good. You won't be disappointed, just book it. And I recommend getting oceanfront of it's available.

Jessica, front desk, and staff in the cafe, Missy, very friendly and helpful on local places to go and things to do. We were there in the off season so many things were closed, but Jessica helped us with ideas to help make our stay even more enjoyable. The location is beautiful with gorgeous sunrises and we were blessed with a full moon rising over the ocean, too. LL Bean, Portland, and Booths Bay, as well as all of the small towns south of OOB are easily accessible from there for a day trip.We will continue to stay at the Alouette on our yearly, or more, visits to Maine. Thanks Jessica for always being that friendly voice and face that make it a great location for your get away.

We found Alouette Beach Resort last minute while visiting from Michigan. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and the sunrise (and moonrise) views were breathtaking! Rates are quite reasonable.
Alouette is right in the middle and steps away from everything there is to see in Old Orchard Beach. Steps from the beach as well. Loved leaving the slider open and listening to the waves crashing into the shore.
My wife and I truly enjoyed our experience and look forward to staying again.

Fantastic experience! You won't regret your stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, enjoyable experience right on the beach this is the place to go! The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were perfect (rare these days!), room was clean. I had an oceanfront room, which I highly recommend. Has a nice coffee maker so get up and make yourself some coffee and sit and watch the sunrise Oh, and then visit the restaurant for breakfast, friendly staff and food was great!

We booked for shoulder season and stayed in an econo room at the Beach Walk which was perfect for the 2 of us. It had a small fridge, microwave, and best of all, a real coffee pot so we could brew our coffee just how we like it.
We were only steps from the beach!
Staff came by after a day to check if we needed anything and they were super friendly. The front desk staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. A+ experience and we will definitely be back!
