PRICING SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Reservations made through our online reservation system or by telephone directly with our Old Orchard Beach hotel in Maine are guaranteed satisfaction of pricing. If for any reason within 24 hours of making your reservations, you wish to cancel, just call us at 207-934-4151 and we will respectfully cancel your accommodation, and refund any deposit made. After 24 hours, our published cancellation policy will apply.
RATE POLICY:
Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional person over the age of 10, there is a charge of $25.00 per person per night. Up to 2 children under the age of 10 may stay free in your room. For each additional child there will be a $25 charge per child per night.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Maine State Lodging tax is 9% and we have a Guest Service Fee of 1.5 %.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
May-October Arrivals — Cancellations/changes to your arrival date made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date are routine and result in a full refund of any deposit, less a cancellation fee. Routine cancellation fees are $49 (hotel rooms); $79 (apartments); and $125 (luxury suites/cottages). A late cancellation/change is a cancellation/change made with less than 14 days prior to the arrival date and/or a cancellation of one or more nights after check in – it results in a forfeiture of the deposit or one night’s stay whichever is greater.
November-April Arrivals – Cancellations/changes made 72 hours or more prior to the arrival date are routine and result in a full refund of any deposit and no cancellation fee. A late cancellation/change is a cancellation/change made with less than 72 hours prior to arrival date and or a cancellation of one or more nights after check in – it results in a forfeiture of the deposit or one night’s stay whichever is greater.
RESERVATION INSURANCE :
Get peace of mind and insure your trip against changes to your family’s plans, illnesses and or bad weather forecasts. With insurance you can cancel/change all reservations with only 72 hours or more notice prior to your arrival date, for any reservation – routine cancellation/change fees will still apply. Reservation insurance premiums are based on the type of accommodation and length of stay. Hotel room premiums are $20/night with maximum $80 for the entire stay. Apartments/Suites/Cottages premiums are $35/night with maximum of $125 for the entire stay. Reservation insurance can only be obtained at time of reservation/up to 24 hours following making the reservation.
“LIMITED PET-FRIENDLY” POLICY:
- There is a $32.00 – $42/pet/night fee for guests with dogs.
- There is a maximum of two dogs allowed per room.
- Several rooms are designated as pet-friendly rooms. Please inquire upon making your reservation.
- Your dog(s) must be kept on a leash at all times outside of your room in all public areas of the Inn.
- Keep identification on your pet at all times.
- Please keep a disposable poop bag with you during walks so you can clean up after your pet.
- Please feed your pet in the tiled bathroom rather than on our carpet or wood floors to minimize any spillage or staining while eating and drinking.
- If your dog barks frequently, other guests may be disturbed, so please take steps to comfort and positively reward your pooch for not barking. Guests may be asked to leave if their dog excessively barks and disturbs other guests.
- Please prevent your pet from jumping on furniture or beds. As a precaution, please cover the furniture or bed with a towel or your own covers from home. Please wipe off muddy or wet paws before your pet enters the Inn.
- If any damage occurs to your room or Inn as a result of your pet’s behavior, any repair and/or cleaning bills will be charged to your folio.
PARKING:
Complimentary parking is included with your room. 1 vehicle is allowed per room, suite, or apartment. Large cottages are allowed 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be moved at check-out. If you have a second vehicle, we can recommend offsite parking. If in the event we do have space to park a second vehicle the fee is $30.00 per vehicle, per night. We do ask that you call management in advance regarding availability.
GENERAL:
Our accommodations are intended to provide a fun and restful environment where all of our guests can enjoy some time away from home in a pleasant beach environment. We request that our guests respect the interests of others at the property and conduct themselves in a responsible manner, sensitive to the fact that hotel accommodations are, by their nature, close living arrangements where your activities and behavior directly impact your neighbor’s ability to enjoy his or her vacation. We request that you obey all applicable laws regarding the use of alcohol and controlled substances.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check-ins after 10:00 p.m. on the date of arrival are subject to a $25 late check-in fee.
Additional charges of $25-$200 will be incurred for the following:
- Staying past the check-out time of 10:00 a.m.
- Excessive clean-up of your room is necessary
- Smoking occurs in your accommodation
