Great Place! This was my 2nd year here and it was just as good as last year. It is close enough to the Old Orchard Pier, but far enough away that you don’t have all the noise. Before even booking I called for a few specific requests and Caroline was so helpful and accommodating. Once again, Jessica at checkin was so nice, and friendly! The rooms (and all the property’s areas) are very clean and well kept, beach was a couple steps away and the pool was also only a couple steps away! Ate at the cafe each day (which was busy) and was always greeted by Becky with a friendly smile to take my order and put everything I needed into my Togo order. I will be back again next year, you can tell by every employee you come across on the property’s that they definitely care to make your stay pleasant!

We have stayed here every time we come to OOB. We are planning another visit this year. Always clean and staff is always pleasant. Great location and always a great experience. Highly recommend the Alouette.
Wonderful, Prime Location
Excellent hotel, finest in the OOB area, and a simply wonderful stay. 100% superior cleanliness, rooms are outstandingly clean, smell fresh, and are tastefully kept, as well as amazingly comfortable. You can wake up in the morning to the most magnificent sunrise ever, actually view the entire orb of the sun making its complete journey from a dark to light sky, and you can also see way out to the end of the horizon. It’s indescribably awe inspiring, one of the wonders of the world. Reason alone enough to stay here, and a big bonus is that it’s also really the nicest hotel here, and I’m familiar with this area for over 2 decades. What makes it more incredible is that the staff is one of a kind, and the owner himself is on site to greet you with utmost courtesy and genuine appreciation and takes the time to take care of you, and makes you feel very welcome, which is a special touch and shows the devotion given to this place.
Everything is updated modern and the furnishings are new, good quality and very nice. We travel through a few times a year and plan to be back here often in the future
Will Definitely Be Going Back.
Will definitely be going back. Right on the beach in a great family friendly location,not too far of a walk to the pier but far enough that isn’t as busy, more laid back Beach area..we got a small room, was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and cheaply priced for good real food right there. Indoor pool was clean and great temperature, there’s a shower to rinse off while going from beach into pool indoors and was warm water in shower. Beds were comfy and clean..only went for a day/night and wish could have stayed longer.

We stayed at the Alouhette in the economy rooms which were absolutely beautiful and so close to the beach ! The rooms are spotless and the owners are on site and could not be more lively people. You can tell they take a lot of pride in there hotel and even the staff is always happy ! Thank you for a great experience We will always stay at your hotel !
SUNRISE SUITES BUILDING #305
WONDERFUL !! Stayed the weekend of Oct 15, 2016 with my daughter and her family and what a great experience. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL,, SPACIOUS,, and exactly like the photos. The people at the desk were so nice and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was awesome, I cant wait to stay there again, and would highly recomend this suite to my friends.
AWESOME PLACE
My husband and I traveled with my 80 and 84 year old parents my father being in a wheelchair. I can not say enough good things about the respectful friendly and helpful staff. They were all so great. The owner was quick to get a handicapped parking sign up so we didn’t have to walk far. The breakfasts were very good. The rooms were clean and had plenty of room for the wheelchair. The Ada room 201 was exceptionally easy to use. We did switch to an ocean view room 206 and that was still great. Just couldn’t get dad in the shower but sponge baths for him was worth the view. The staff was exceptional with providing extra blankets towels etc. I would highly recommend this resort we only have positive things to say about everything. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Thank you to the owner and staff of the Alouette beach resort!!!!!!
OCEAN FRONT IN NEW BUILDING
We had a room in the new building. The room was very accommodating. The view to the ocean was one of the best we ever had. Breakfast at the cafe was good as well as the coffee.
