Race day registration and packet pick-up at 7AM at the Brunswick Hotel, 39 West Grand Ave., Old Orchard Beach , Maine

Chip Timing / Water stops at mile 4.3 7.0 & 9.5 / Gatorade at water stops 7.0 & 9.5  / Display clocks at 5K and 10K / Mile markers 1-13

All runners receive a finisher’s metal / Custom race bibs

First 150 runners pre-registered receive sport towel with race name and Stickman running gloves (Retail $5.75) race name on gloves

Long sleeve technical shirts are $13.00 extra / Need to pre register for tech shirts by 3/13/19 unisex- women size down / No tech shirts on race day to purchase / View race shirts here

5K Sports Race Management provides wings & pizza for the runners only.  If runners want to purchase food for family or friends its $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids on race day.  Muffins, mini muffins, bagels, Crispy Cream dounts, banana’s, apples and chocolate milk, CASH BAR
