Portland Head Light & Old Port Tour
Enjoy a relaxed, four-hour guided Explore Beyond the Beach Tour departing from the Alouette Beach Resort. This half-day experience takes you to two of southern Maine’s most iconic destinations: Portland Head Light and Portland’s historic Old Port.

Portland Head Light & Fort Williams Park
Your first stop is Portland Head Light, one of Maine’s most photographed and beloved landmarks. Located within Fort Williams Park, this historic lighthouse sits atop rugged coastal cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Here, dramatic ocean views, historic charm, and peaceful surroundings come together in a setting that invites you to slow down and take it all in. Explore the Old Port Waterfront
The second stop brings you to Portland’s Old Port, a vibrant waterfront district known for its historic brick buildings, cobblestone streets, and working harbor atmosphere.
You’ll have time to explore at your own pace, browsing unique boutiques, local art galleries, and waterfront shops. The Old Port is also the perfect place to enjoy classic Maine flavors, including an infamous lobster roll by the water. With its mix of history, culture, and coastal energy, the Old Port captures the heart of Portland in an inviting and walkable setting.
