The breakfast is amazing.

Great Experience
We stayed here last week and I while I usually don’t write reviews they truly deserve a good one. During booking, and in person, the staff were friendly, helpful and flexible. They really tried to get us the best accommodation they could for the best price. Greatly appreciated that!
We chose this hotel to be near the water and the rooms by the entrance to the beach are designed so that each room is angled toward the water and you can enjoy the view of the beach vs a view of the buildings straight across from you (not true of all rooms…ask about this) It’s a brilliant design.
For those (like us) who aren’t wild about the Old Orchard Beach Pier activities it is far enough away not to feel over close to all that but close enough to get there easily if you want.
The beach is right there and can offer a long walk in other directions.
The breakfast was fine and the service was fast.
Not a problem but no phone in the room. Have your cell phone as you have to call the hotel to get the front desk.
Overall, the best thing is how well we were treated by every staff member we encountered. Thank you.
Great Place for Those With Physical Handicaps
My husband and I brought our two granddaughters with us for a 2-night stay at the end of April. We don’t love crowds, so Alouette was perfect. By chance, I chose a place that was perfect for me since I get around on a scooter 100% of the time. Our handicap accessible room with a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows weren’t the very thick ones that crick your neck. I was elated to find out Aloutte had beach chairs with balloon wheels for people like me. Even my 9-year-old granddaughter could push me on the beach. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Can’t wait to go back after the crowds have gone home. The only thing I wish it had was a view of the beach, other than the small view from the corner of the deck.
Great service and comfortable place
We have made two trips up this year and both times we stayed here. I was very happy with the price, staff, amenities, and just overall It has hit all of our marks as far as what we wanted and not killing our wallets. I will be returning again my next years more than likely for longer.
Nice place to stay
We just arrived today. The door to our room was very hard to open/close. I asked if we could have another room. Without any hesitation they put us in another room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The room was amazing and clean.
I had a beach view, which was great to just sit and look at. My room was well furnished and had everything I needed. The staff was wonderful and very personable. I would definitely stay again.
Beautiful location.
Was far enough away from pier and touristy stuff that it was nice and calm, but close enough that it was an easy walk to that stuff. Staff was so nice! My room was perfect for me and the view of the ocean was wonderful…
The suite was beautiful
I visited a friend staying there. The suite was beautiful. Enjoyed the indoor pool and ability to walk on to beach. Would recommend to friends and family coming to the area.
