What is Well-Being? Finding Joy in the Presence of Hardship with Rebecca Wing LCPC

Open to everyone      Provided on Zoom and In-Person Onsite

March 12. 9am – 3:30pm $99 (5.5 contact hours available for LCPC’s and LCSW’s)

We search for happiness in the world around us and can become discouraged by what we see. On this day of retreat and reflection we will explore the value of including all of life, the good, the bad and the neutral, as a path towards settling into states of appreciation and well-being.  Explore how self-understanding, mindfulness and having a sense of purpose can bring us the well-being we are seeking.

·      Learn the difference between well-being and happiness.

·      Teachings on equanimity and how to practice this state.

·      Guided Meditations on acceptance.

·      Time for reflective writing on specific life themes that can keep us stuck in dissatisfaction.
