We are delighted to have Kathleen Pigeon\, one of the founders of Lucky Pigeon Brewing Co.\, a local small business in Biddeford\, join us for our October Community Dinner to speak more about the brewing process in creating delightful dedicated gluten-free beers in addition to the process of starting to operating a small business! Lucky Pigeon Brewing is Maine’s first dedicated gluten-free brewery. Join us in learning how this precious and unattainable jewel is actually a fairly straight forward and easy cooking project with amazing results. In our second project we will make mini Chocolate Ganache Tarts. The crispy shell filled with a decadent chocolate filling is not only elegant\, but fairly simple in its preparation and execution.
