“Great Getaway”

We have visited Old Orchard Beach many times over the years but this is the first time that we stayed. We had a room in Windsong overlooking the beach. It was small but adequate for our few days. As it was off season it was quiet on the beach and most businesses had shut down for the winter. We knew this and appreciated the peace and quiet but it may not suit everybody. It was wonderful to lie in bed and hear the waves roll and then watch the sunrise from our balcony over a deserted beach. We wanted to book a package which was not available, however the gentleman taking the booking made it happen for us. The staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful with recommendations and even booking tickets for a show for us. I would definitely recommend this resort to other travelers.(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. "Alouette, Beach Walk & Neptune of Old Orchard”

We chose this resort simply by chance and were glad we did. They are steps from one of the best beaches on the east coast and so close to the center of all that’s happening in this busy seven mile stretch of beach. The staff and management are extremely accommodating in a friendly and easy going manner. We checked in at the height of an extended heat wave only to find the entire city in a black-out. While other motels were panicking here we found helpful advise followed by new & updated AC when the lights came back on. We just went back for our October ocean swim and found the same friendly and helpful service. This time our room up-graded and our table open for breakfast was a given. Look them up on line they're a bit old fashion but that's the character of Old Orchard. (2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

This the third year my daughter in law has come to the Alouette Beach Resort and my second year and intend to spend several more vacation days here. The staff is very customer oriented and very helpful with what we needed. It is an at home atmosphere away from home and we can relax and enjoy the ocean 24 hours a day while we are there without hunting for a parking place or lugging our gear to get to the beach. Thanks to the Alouette for making us feel comfortable as well as welcome! Sincerely, Jane Spear and Diana Spear (2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

We work w/individuals w/DD. They were looking for an experience they've never had before. We assistsed them in picking the Alouette Resort for their 1st trip to Maine. Needless to say they loved their time on the beach and at your resort. They want to start saving again so they can possibly make another trip back. The resort is right on the ocean, the people were very courteous. It was a memorable trip! Thanks Alouette (2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

I discovered Allouette a few years ago and have been coming back each year ever since. The rooms are clean and quaint with remarkable views of the ocean. The staff are helpful and accommodating, friendly and warm. It's spot on the beach is perfect for an easy walk to town but far enough away to provide quiet nights for stargazing. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in OOB ! It is simply a magical place~(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

The Alouette Resort was an amazing experience. It was so nice to wake up to the sunrise on the beach and having the beach in less then a few foot steps. The water was beautiful. It is clear and clean. The owners and workers of this hotel were all so friendly and were so generous. This is a great place for weddings, graduations, or any other type of celebration. The resort had beach chairs for free so you can sit out by the beach.(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

The Alouette is a fantastic place to stay. It offers the beach, the excitement around The Pier, and the owners and staff could not be nicer. We go there every year for the second weekend of the month, for The New England Parkinson's Ride, and everything has been perfect.....including the weather.(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. "Great fun, steps to the beach!”
Date: September 12, 2011
Reviewer: Shari H, Belfast, Maine
My husband, myself and our family dog made the trip and fell in love with staying at Alouette. The room we had was just steps to the beach and though it was the busy season we always had plenty of room outside of our room for sitting also. The room was clean and we had a whole kitchenette for drinks and munchies. The staff was wonderful help and would schedule cleaning when we weren't there. The restaurant had wonderful breakfasts, pizza and burgers and dogs. They also grilled at the beach for lunch time. The beach is dog friendly, and our little guy made lots of new friends of other dogs and everyone was wonderful about keeping the beach clean. Short walk to the Pier where there are plenty of other restaurants, cold beer, stores and Pier Fries and fried Oreos for enjoyment. There's also a theme park with rides, it's like a throwback to another era. The best R&R and it was fun being a kid again! We will definitely be back!!(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

We've been visiting Old Orchard Beach for almost 40 years, and The Alouette is now our favorite place to stay. The owner, his wife, and staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The service is excellent; they respond quickly and cheerfully with any request. We've stayed in both a suite and a cottage and they are both clean and charming in their own special way. The location is beautiful; very close to the beach. The indoor pool is an added attraction; it's a hidden gem. We've been there in the fall, winter, and summer. All amenities are more than satisfactory. They have a little restaurant and the breakfasts we ate there were fantastic. We love having our own little kitchen so we can cook on the days we don't dine out. What we like best is that it's like a home away from home...what we like least is leaving.(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. “Very nice hotel”

I stayed in room 10 with the family. Has a nice porch overlooking the ocean. The room was typical for the beach. The owner Fred and his wife are always around and are sooo freindly. They have a small restarant and the food is pretty good with an average cost. The beach is literally 10 feet from the hotel. The pier is a little bit of a walk but not too far. I have stayed there the last 4 years and will never go anywhere else at OOB.(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach, and close to everything. We didn't want to stay super close to the amusement park and shopping areas but did want them in walking distance. This was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. I can't wait to come back again next year and stay for a few more nights!!(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

When we first went to Old Orchard we were unhappy with the Hotel we chose, then we found the Alouette, this will be our third year returning to the Alouette. First of all Fred is very very nice. My emails are always answered right away, that to me is so important when planning my vacation. The rooms are very clean and well attended to during our visit. We love how it is family oriented, not party central. We will continue to return to The Alouette with our daughter and continue to build awesome family memories. Thanks Alouette !!! its the highlight of our summer. The Cotters(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

“It was a great relaxing experience, good food, and beach walk with canine companion!”

Reviewer: vermontrailfan, Santa Barbara, CA
WThe room was small but adequate and a stone's throw from the beach for great walking and enjoyment of the ocean, which is why we came to Old Orchard Beach. For us Vermonters it's a lot closer than Cape Cod, and fewer people off-season. We particularly like the fact the Alouette is dog friendly and even people without dogs seem to enjoy others' canine companions, who were all well-behaved as were their owners. For our dog Jacques, it was a fnd remembrance from the spring visit and he began whining with excitement as soon as wee pulled into the parking lot. The real bonus was that the cafe there had excellent breakfasts!!! Too hard not to eat too much, but we loved it. Homemade muffins in variety right out of the oven !! Terrific "nest" egg dish. It's also an easy walk to tour the downtown area and see the sights. Lots of good dinner restaurants near by and the whole Maine coast to explore. Don't miss the trolley museum to the south and the lighthouses to the north. Sally and John Cook, Barnet, Vermont.(2011 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

Alouette Beach Resort in Old Orchard Beach is the place to stay. Not only is the staff extremly wonderful, they have an indoor pool so no matter what the weather or time of year can swim. Rooms are clean and up to date.....They even have their own little cafe where the food is excellent. BUT the best part......unlike most of the hotels in OOB they gladly accept you four legged family members..... Thanks for a great time!!!!!!(2010 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

My husband, 21 year old daughter and I recently spent two nights at this lovely beachside motel. I saw their photos on the internet and it just looked so nostalgic, like it was stuck in a time warp 50 or 60 years ago. We had the best visit! Everyone there was wonderful. We were welcomed like old friends. The bathroom was tiny but very clean. The room was not huge but it was fine for our needs. The continental breakfast was great (fresh home-made muffins!), the waitress was friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. She even insisted on mixing up my instant oatmeal - try getting that service at a Best Western or Holiday Inn! The cook (we assume he was the owner's son) did a great job with our breakfasts. We highly recommend this establishment. It's definitely not a modern chain motel, and that's not what we were looking for. If you want modern go somewhere else. If you want a family-friendly quiet resort, go to Alouette! We're hoping to return next year for at least a week!!(2010 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

We have stayed at the Alouette two years in a row. This year we stayed there both in May and in Sept. All three times where for a week at a time. We found our room clean and the staff were there to clean it every day. Continental breakfast was great. My husband favorite was the fresh blueberry muffins. We so appreciate a motel that allows dogs and the staff is accomodating to our needs. We had neighbors that we remembered from last year and they also will be back the same weeks next year. We have already booked our rooms for our two stays next year as well. The rooms may not be new or modern, but they are clean and have everything that is needed for a moderate price and on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to returning next year.(2010 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

My husband and I just came back from a mini break to Maine and we stayed two nights at Alouette Beach Resort. The room was big and smelled very clean on entering. We had our own private balcony with a view of the beach which was literally two steps away. The best thing for me about Alouette is the friendly service and laidback feel of the place. It's perfect for couples and families. The restaurant was lovely with free continental breakfast, or you can choose to pay for breakfast from another menu which has waffles and pancakes among other things. The service was quick and generous. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for a stroll or morning run - the perfect place for beach lovers. The price for two nights was a bargain and the staff provided excellent tourist information, we will definitely be going back.(2010 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

I have been going to the Alouette Beach Resort for about 6 years now, been there more than once a season for a couple of those years and I would never stay anywhere else in Old Orchard Beach. I have stayed in a variety of rooms and they have all had their advantages but room #49 with it's own private deck is one of the best! The staff is always so nice and Jean is like one of the family. When we wanted to try a bigger place for next year's visit, the owner Fred let us see the accommodations that were available so we could decide that day before we left to go home. it's very clean, quiet and the perfect walking distance to the Pier and the restaurants/shops. i am looking forward to going back next year already and I only left last Monday.(2010 TripAdvisor, Inc. My family and I have been staying at the Alouette for the past 6 years. We are never disappointed and don't even bother looking for other accomodations because there is everything here to accomodate us!!! The Alouette features fabulous ocean view rooms, great restaurant, amazingly friendly staff and is steps away from the beach. There are all different kinds of rooms to accomodate your needs. There is also an indoor pool, where you won't find anywhere else in Old Orchard!!!! It is also pet friendly for those travelling with dogs. There are BBQ's you can use, laundromat, picnic tables, etc... The rooms are super clean and with many different choices. Many have kitchenettes which is great if you have children. The beach is really clean, one of the cleanest beaches we've ever been to. However, one of the things that makes you want to keep going back to a hotel is the staff, and I have to say that everyone at The Alouette are amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks and see you next summer!(2010 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

The Allouette/Beachwalk condo has been the location for a May getaway with friends for the last several years. The location makes it easy to get in lots of walks on the beach. The owners are gracious and accomodating. The weather was extraordinary and we were able to take advantage of the deck to enjoy lunch in the sun. The condo is an older unit and not fancy in the least, but it is very comfortable, fits our needs perfectly, and it's a great value. We're already looking forward to next year!(2010 TripAdvisor, Inc. "Alouette is a great place to stay!"

Reviewer: photogdm, St. Charles, Missouri
Alouette Beach Resort was a happy choice for us. We wanted a place on the beach that wouldn't break our budget, and Alouette filled the bill perfectly. It isn't the Ritz--no fancy, expensive amenities--just good accomodations (including a laundry room), a fair product for a fair price. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We could walk out on the balcony and look directly at the ocean. We could walk the short distance out the end of the building and step right onto the beach. The owners and their employees are pleasant, friendly folks who go out of their way to be helpful. They take the time to talk to their guests and make them feel at home. In the breakfast room, I saw the owners do the same for other tourists as they did for us--sit down with a map and draw out routes to sites, point out places to be sure to visit, and recommend good places to eat. If I ever return to the Maine South Coast, I will certainly stay at Alouette, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to stay. Check out Alouette's web site to see what they have to offer. Call, and they'll give you honest advice about which of their variety of accomodations best suits your needs (as they did for us). Great place. They made our stay in Maine quite enjoyable.(2009 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

We stayed in 26- right on the beach--could hear the ocean--peaceful, beautiful area... The Kennedy's were so friendly and helpful--our rooms were always clean and furnished with whatever we needed--the bathroom as they stated is small- toilet-shower and large mirror- could use a hook on the door for clothes---- That was our only problem!!- Not much as far as we were concerned--sure if we had said something to Fred he would have put one up---we have traveled many times, but this was exceptional--- We all loved it and already are making reservations for next year!! Hard to explain- have to experience it yourself!!!(2009 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

"Fantastic people...excellent location...GREAT value!!!"

Reviewer: KBlanch1, Manchester, CT
The Alouette is a fantastic value, and the people are friendly and helpful. I run a golf outing each June (for about 40 people) and last year was the first time we stayed at the Alouette. The off-season price was outstanding, and the rooms were more than adequate. It isn't the Ritz Carlton by any means...but the rooms were fine for what we wanted. The staff were very helpful in keeping all of our rooms together, and even bent over backwards to make special arrangements when necessary.
The location is outstanding...almost exactly a half mile to the pier. Far enough away that you don't hear the constant noise...but certainly close enough to walk (which we did every evening). Usually, we walked along the beach on the way back...and enjoyed the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.
Most of the group ate breakfast at the restaurant each morning, and were all pleasantly surprised. They all felt that the food was good, and the price was more than reasonable.
It was unanimous to return next year, and we look forward to enjoying another June weekend at Old Orchard. Great location, friendly people, excellent rates, decent rooms, and right on the beach!(2009 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

I just got back last week from the Alouette Motel. The room was remodel and the room looks so much bigger now. Me, my fiancee & her teenage daughter had a great time. We have been coming here for the past 3, 4 years and had no problems with anybody or the room. We love the Indoor heated pool, love the short distance to the beach. & love walking down to the pier and around the village of Old Orchard. "Old-style, beachy family vacation fun"

Reviewer: MichL64, Connecticut
This was our 3rd time staying at the Alouette and we love it. That said, it's not The Ritz. We love it because it is what we are looking for: It's BEACHY! Like your uncle's family cottage, only bigger. Not fancy or pretentious, not unreasonably priced. Family-oriented. Location, Location, Location! Only a few blocks from the Pier, but not so close that it's rowdy at night. Right ON the beach, not across the very busy street or a block away. There are picnic tables and grills you can use. They have a laundry right there. There is an adorable restaurant right there where you can get a great breakfast cheap! And dinner too! Or an evening cocktail, wine or beer. THEY HAVE A HEATED INDOOR POOL with a recently completely renovated shower and bathroom for the pool. This is a major perk for families should it rain on your vacation, the kids can still swim! I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful, the owners are right there, working alongside the staff. We literally parked our car on Friday noontime, and didn't get back in it until Sunday night to leave.
Granted, the furnishings aren't brand new, but I wouldn't call them "tag sale" items like one review. If places like The Alouette go upscale, regular families will not be able to afford to stay right at the beach. It's clean, it's got everything right there, friendly staff and all. Just don't expect this to be the Marriott. (And I am not connected to the owners at all!)(2009 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

What a fantastic find ! I used Trip advisor to help in selecting the right place to stay. This is our first family vaca to OOB and will be making it an every year tradition now. In fact...we are planning to go back in just a few weeks for an end of summer harrah! The resort is located on the most beautiful part of OOB, it is easy walking distance to all the downtown/pier ammenities and a quick drive to the theme park locations. The hotel was very clean, great breakfast place, safe and friendly. The rooms are what we expected, beachy motel style....clean and the housekeeping staff were so friendly and accomodating. "Had a Great Time Here."

We've vacationed in OOB in the spring and fall for about 8 years now. This was our first stay at Alouette. I read where they accepted dogs so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The owners were very friendly and inviting. I had read reviews on Trip Advisor and viewed the website. We decided to go up for 3 nights to check it out before booking for a longer stay in October.

We had room 30 and we were happy with it. It was as pictured and was clean. I read a negative review regarding the bathrooms. Ours was indeed tiny but we did not find that to be a problem. Basically it had a toilet and shower stall and that was it. Yes, the sink was outside of the bathroom along the wall. It is petitioned off from the kitchen area. Again, we did not have a problem with this setup. I was concerned at first that there was one sink in the kitchen area when first reading reviews but this was not the case. There are 2 separate sinks. Kitchen area was fine. Full size fridge, good sized microwave and a 2 burner stove, toaster and coffee maker.

The grounds were spacious and well kept. The beach is literally a stones throw away. The section we were in was in the back and you face a stockade fence but you still have a side view of the ocean. Also a great setup for walking the dog. We actually enjoyed the privacy this location provided. It is a very short walk to the beach and Old Orchard Beach has always been my favorite. It is gorgeous. The added bonus here at Alouette is the indoor pool. Very nice. Also a small cafe on the premises. Of the beach front motels we have been to this is our favorite. Again, I don't know what people expect from a beach front motel. We travel in the off season and with our dog. We could not ask for more for $59.00 a night plus $7.50 for the dog. For my money worth every penny. We had a great time and have already booked for 10 nights in October.

Thank you Fred and Anne Kennedy for providing such a nice spot.(2009 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

My wife and I, along with our two Dalmatians, spent a couple of days here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A small but well-appointed room, complete with kitchenette and housekeeping service, greeted us upon our arrival. Being the off-season, the price was affordable and the proximity to the beach made it easy to get right into the spirit of the seacoast. A continental breakfast and indoor pool were included in the price but the real bonus for us was the welcoming of our pets. So many of the facilities do not accept pets and that was the deal breaker for us. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly book the Alouette the next time we vacation in Old Orchard Beach. We recommend that pet owners who include their forever friends in their vacation plans consider the Alouette Beach Resort.(2009 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

What first attracted us to their Resort was the fact they are one of the few places left on Old Orchard Beach that allows dogs. As our children are now grown, our dog has become a very important part of the family. During the "busy" season, dogs are not allowed on the beach during the day between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m, but our Halo didn't mind because there was a large sliding glass door in our room she could look out and see all the activity going on. We enjoyed the beach all day long, but at 5 p.m., the dog had her fun. In fact, Halo had such a great time there, when we went home after that wonderful week, she went straight to her crate and mourned for three days. I have always said I wanted to go back to the beach for a weekend in the fall, and finally persisted this year. I called for reservations the week before and spoke with Fred, the owner, who told me he would put us up at the Alouette for the last weekend of the season. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze (with Mary Beth, whom we have checked-in at the Beach Walk for the past two summers), and we were given a newly remodeled room that was so clean and modernized. Being the "off" season, I think this weekend was one of the best we've ever had. Halo was able to be on the beach all day long and met lots of new friends. How relaxing to just walk the beach all day long! Our room was within a few feet of the best beach in New England! Breakfast every morning at the little cafe at the Resort was so conveniently located and I can definately recommend the blueberry pancakes! We were treated like royalty by all the staff from the moment we arrived and our friend, Susan, whom we had met at the Beach Walk, was there once again to take very good care of us! I left that Sunday morning with tears in my eyes. I only wish they were open all winter long too! We will definately be back again next summer and hopefully for another weekend next fall! After we checked out, we drove further down the beach to let the dog have one last run on the sand. A couple in a vehicle stopped to ask us if we knew of any "pet friendly" motels in the area. I gave them directions to the Alouette and I'm sure they had as great a time there as we did! Thank you to all the staff and the owners of the Alouette and Beach Walk for such wonderful memories! "Great place for a family gathering!"

For the last three years we have participated in a Parkinson's Ride for research for a cure, taking place at Old Orchard Beach.. The Alouette, in particular the owners Fred and Anne Kennedy, have made an extrordinary effort to support our cause. Their establishment has a family atmosphere, and the facilities are very nice. It has been a fantastic experience, and we will surely be back there next year. Many of the cyclists stay there as a group, and enjoy themselves immensely. The little restaurant is quaint, and the breakfasts are delicous. Recommend the establishment to anyone looking for a nice time at the beach. (2008 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

"Relaxing on the beach."

The Alouette is a nice place to go for a few nights right on the beach. The room we stayed in was 45 and had 2 double beds, small bath-the basics-which is what we wanted. Open up the slider and it takes only a few steps to have your toes in the ocean. The staff was great and the cafe had a good breakfast to get your day started. We have a 5 year old that had a great time, the indoor pool was a nice break when you need one from the sun. This room did not have the offerings of a Hilton type hotel, but remember with the beach you do not need it--in a less desirable location it's a must. We will be returning next year. It's a short walk to the busy Pier-so it's a nice distance from it and to it. Enjoy!! (2008 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

"Quiet area for OOB."

We've been coming to Old Orchard Beach since 1965 in search of that ocean view or front with it's own (not shared) deck and have finally found it. We loved our stay. The staff was really nice. A little walk from the pier, but worth it to be in the quieter area. The indoor pool was a plus. We've already booked our room for 2009 and can't wait to go back. (2008 TripAdvisor, Inc. "Singing Praise For "The Wind Song"

Prior to our recent vacation, my wife had never been to Maine and it had been 18 years since my last visit to OOB. I browsed through a few web pages and decided on The Alouette/Beach Resorts as our destination. I couldn't have hoped for more! From our arrival, through to checkout, the ownership and staff were very accomodating and helpful. We woke each morning with the ocean as our front yard and returned later each day to a clean and restocked room. Aside from the bathroom's tiny size, we enjoyed our stay enough to re-book for next year at "The Wnd Song". ~~ Jim & Barb Carey, Schuylerville, NY (2008 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

"Family and kids loved it."

First of all we all really enjoyed are stay at the Alouette. I've been coming to OOB for many of years both with my family and with my parents when I was a kid. We always stayed on the other side of the street where the train tracks are located. Not anymore. It was I, my wife and 3 young children ages 4-10 and we stayed in room #53. Couldn't of been more pleased with the stay. We had a cart for one of the children and they all took turns nightly sleeping on it. The room was very spacious even with the cart in it. I can go on and on about the stay but some of the most memorable parts were: We were right on the beach, the view from the room balcony was fantastic (We even slept with the screen on and the door open at night to awaken to the sight, smell and sound of the beach). The pool was very clean and the kids loved it. The owners and staff were fantastic anything you needed you became top priority. Continental breakfast was also nice. Nothing beat a 30 second walk from the room to the beach to go fly kites late in the afternoon. I look forward to staying there again in 2009. Thank You (2008 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

"Second year in a row, this place rocked!!"

This is the second year in a row some friends and I rented rooms at the Alouette and it was awesome...they were extremely accommodating. They are a family owned hotel and made us feel like part of the family while there. They had a free continental breakfast which was perfect, we had plenty to eat without overdoing it. Awesome place would definitely recommend it to friends. We plan on going again next year...cant wait!!! (2008 TripAdvisor, Inc. All rights reserved.)

A group of 6 or 7 of us run away from home once a year, and we chose to return to the Alouette for the second time this year. We stay in their condo, and it works out perfectly for us. We all enjoyed lots of walks on the beach. The owners and staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the weekend goes by way too quickly. (2008 TripAdvisor, Inc. "We will never stay anywhere else!"

This is the perfect place for walking the beach, we stayed in millie a or b which is a cottage right on the beach. There is a kitchenette w/ everything you need to make meals in including coffee maker and cofee, microwave etc. This is a very charming place w/ an indoor pool ,onsite laundry ,breakfast is available in the little cafe on site. I cant say enough good things about the people who work there, you hardly ever see housekeeping although your rooms are always cleaned by the time you come back from the beach. Unless of course you never leave the resort which isnt hard to do either. We love going to old orchard and we will make our plans according to availability at The Alouette Beach Resort. You wont regret making your reservations early, then relax and enjoy and if you need anything Fred at the front desk will do all he can to accomodate you. p.s its so close to the activities and shopping ( 10 min walk on the beach or sidewalk.)
